Members' Notice:

MVT members please read

The Chairman's Report from the November CoM is now available to read on the Information page.

January run out and meal at the Derby Arms, Treales. The money needs to be with the landlady sooner rather than later, so send money to Liz Russell according to these instructions. There has been a change of plan due to the number of us going to the meal. The meal will now be chosen from the attached "Christmas" menu and your choice should be sent to Liz as per instructions. Note that you should deduct what you have already paid, and send the difference to Liz. Meet at Kirklands Memorial Hall at 11:00 if you want to go on the road run. Meal is at 1:00.

January and February meetings to be held at Th'Owd Tithebarn, Garstang due to the refurbishment being postponed. We will keep you informed if anything changes.

All members please note that when you attend an event you are representing the MVT so should adhere to the MVT code of conduct and read this document to ensure you are covered for any eventualities. Thank you.
